At Methode Electronics Malta I ran the operational spine of a high-volume electronics manufacturer — planning, procurement, materials management, ERP, and constraint resolution across 5,000+ SKUs — delivering $21M in cost and working capital savings and improving forecast accuracy by 12 points. When I left, they asked me to stay on as a consultant.

At Grakon Europe I was brought in as a consultant during COVID-19 to simultaneously lead an ERP migration from QAD to Epicor, nearshore an entire manufacturing plant from China to Egypt, and personally manage customer recovery for major trucking OEM accounts — all while maintaining 97% OTIF and releasing $11M in working capital.
